Do what you really love doing ..... When I was a little girl I knew I have this passion in direct selling. I used to sell my old toys to my classmates.. My pads and pencils too :) I sell what I dont use anymore... I thought its just a hobby. I didnt really pay attention in selling but rather pursue my career in healthcare. I finished 2 Bachelor of Science degrees and started working as a healthcare professional. I love my job.. Yes! but Im not really happy .. Its like something is missing... Then I started selling again .. One by one.. From eBay.. To poshmark.. To etsy and other sites. It felt really good. I enjoyed dealing with satisfied customers and their comments are like music to my ears. Having a good relationship with clients is the key to keep the business going. Aside from selling, I want to help other sellers too and thats when California Outlet come to life. I built the site to help sellers from phi to find good deals and authentic products which they sell online too. Its a win win situation. I make others happy and we both have our hard earned profits. Now that Im in another big project, Ill make sure that it will be a win win situation for my team too. I want everybody to have results and feel good about themselves. Teamwork is very important to me. I always tell people... Selling/marketing is not for everybody. If you dont like it or not happy doing it then dont start it. Its simple. You will only have progress if you LOVE what youre doing. If youre not inlove with it then you will definitely FAIL. Think about it. :)
