Do you brush your tongue? How many of us brush our tongue whenever we brush our teeth? Well our tongue also collect bacteria which can help to cause tooth decay and bad breath. When we brush our tongue we should do it gently as hard brushing can actually cause damage to the taste buds. When you clean the tongue you should try to clean as far back as possible and make gentle strokes using an outward motion towards the front of the mouth. A little pressure should be applied and make sure that you use a toothpaste that has antibacterial properties.
