Do you have a skipping rope? This morning I warmed up before I did skills with a skipping rope for 15 min ... Skipping for 10-15min at a moderate pace can burn between 200-250 calories, I cant do the double jump yet but I can cross over, keep light on your toes and again if you want to sweat more then put thin layers on, skip for 15 min and for the more advanced no longer than 30min, and if you want to be amazed watch Floyd Mayweather skip he has some awesome videos
