Thats all you need to train your lower body and burn it up!! ➡️ Hook the tubing band around a high angle, example: opened door hinge or feed the tubing into 1 handle and loop it around a door handle. ➡️ Keep hands close to chest when doing Reverse lunges- front knee over ankle bend back knee to floor ➡️ Slight bend of the knees, flat back, and stick your butt out like a cat in heat for the cable pull deadlifts ➡️ Keep knees over ankles for ️Wide squat, chest up ➡️ Keep hands in center of chest for side lunge balance Do 4 sets of 20s Share share share share- hot legs for everybody!
