Do you know what APLSS is? It’s the Army Provider Level - TopicsExpress

Do you know what APLSS is? It’s the Army Provider Level Satisfaction Survey, and just like its namesake, APLSS is also good for your health! APLSS provides you with the ability to use your voice to help your MEDDAC meet or exceed your health care needs. APLSS not only provides you with the chance to tell us your thoughts about your visit, but it gives our staff additional insight of the care they provide. How does APLSS work? Patients are randomly selected to receive confidential surveys administered by the Office of The Surgeon General. These are typically sent out within 48 hours of a patient’s appointment. APLSS asks the patient about certain aspects of their visit, and most importantly, their level of overall satisfaction with the entire visit. The survey takes 5-10 minutes to complete. If you receive an Army Provider Level Satisfaction Survey in the mail, you can either mail it back in the self-addressed envelope, or go on-line to complete the survey. The surveys are a key tool in identifying areas the clinic can improve upon, so that we can continue to provide the healthcare service you deserve and need. APLSS can also earn the clinic money, which enables us to improve facilities designed to serve you. Questions on the APLSS (Army Provider Level Satisfaction Survey) may be directed to your Patient Advocate - [email protected]; usarmy.grafenwoehr.medcom-brmc.list.gfw-patient-advocate@mail.mil; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; or [email protected].
