Do you schedule play dates for your kids? One dad blogger says play dates should be banned! He says kids are losing their ability to play independently, to seek out friends on their own and to be creative when they get bored. Play is handed to them on a silver platter, he wrote on his blog. We are dumbing down their ability to be independent thinkers with scheduled activity and feeling like we are to blame when they have nothing to do. What do you think? #ABC30HotTopic
