Do you see a wrong here??? Police do not like request challenged, ignored or not followed. Violent actions follow. Good thing was not harmed by beating, striking or shooting. Shoving needs overhauling for all cops. Person can get hurt landing from a shove. It throws the balance off for person, cannot brace for impact and fly land. If it not a low, flat or non risk surface avoid doing... Chair was next to a railing... Luckily he did not miss chair and go over rail flipping from stumble. His friends had reason to be alarmed. He talked too much. Putting himself at risk for hands on handling from their anger. The cop did smile humor smirk at cops? He thought he may have been drunk and he answered friends questions as to why? Most do not get answers... Buddy was listening at first orders. 1. Yes, you may speak, 2. Sit down (cut off command) and 3. a shove? Friends did not know what was about to go down. (A Kevin Hart...things got real.) If one can safely follow orders til help comes from lawyer if no bail, do so. Stay safe. Sometimes no matter what you do is not enough. Save a life survive and listen.
