Doctor trying to play God again! I love this kid! He’s - TopicsExpress

Doctor trying to play God again! I love this kid! He’s 17 years old, has been diagnosed with cancer, and he’s choosing to fight it naturally. This kid has been a fighter all his life. He had a heart transplant when he was five and he continues to fight every day. He goes in every year for heart biopsy to make sure everything is okay. Well, this last time, something happened that made me extremely angry and frustrated. He met with his doctor and the oncologist was in there as well, the doctor said that he didn’t need a biopsy this time because he has cancer and that he wouldn’t live past 6 months so it was unnecessary. I’m not a violent man by all means, but I’d like to meet this doctor in a boxing ring some time and show him how I feel about it. I mean... Who does he think he is to put an expiration date on someone’s life? Who does he think he is to talk to a kid like that? Who in the heck does he think he is? This is what upsets me more than almost anything in the world. It’s what drives me to expose the truth. It drives me to share alternate solutions and treatments. It drives me to prove that no one can put an expiration date on your life. Period. Okay, before I go off on this tangent more, let’s focus on what really matters. Hes seventeen year old and am amazed how brave he is. We met him over facebook during the broadcast of The Quest for The Cures... Continues and we just fell in love with him and his story. So much so that we invited him out to our charitable donation celebration and surprised him and his mom with a $10K check that they could use for whatever they needed. But then we did something that made the whole audience start to cry. You see, the “Make a Wish” foundation turned him down since he wasn’t going to go do Chemotherapy. Really. They’re now reconsidering, but that’s besides the point. When we heard about this, we knew we had to do something about it. Everyone on our team here pitched in and we got him and his family (mom, dad, and brother) an all expense paid trip to Disneyland. (This is the wish he asked for) If you watched the video we sent a few days ago, you got to see us surprise him. Wow, I start tearing up just writing about it. Well, we did a short interview with him and his mom after the check ceremony and I wanted to share it with you. Go here to watch it https://youtube/watch?v=wYQFpNAgRv0 Enjoy :-) Ty Bollinger PS. If you want to see how we surprised him and his mom, just go here and skip to 11 minutes and 43 seconds. And then be sure to watch the interview with both of them here. https://youtube/watch?v=wYQFpNAgRv0
