Document/Stock Controller – Livestock - Abu Dhabi Farmers Services Centre: Functional and Technical: 1. General stock control at POS that are under our direct operation (such as Bawadi). 2. Visit livestock POS to check stock and documents. 3. Register sales invoices in the ledger. 4. Scan documents (such as invoices, letters, statements, farmer’s registration information and documents) and save a soft copy. 5. Record registered farms, create files for them, and update them. 6. Follow-up implementation and file all of: farm registrations, supply contracts, farm evaluations, credit applications, etc… 7. Follow-up missing documents. 8. Data entry - when required 9. Any additional work required by the department head. General Administrative Performance Areas: 1. Ensure that Health and Safety regulations are adhered to and enforced in all matters of FSC activity; 2. Ensure all statutory services and other services are undertaken in an efficient and orderly fashion and that all activities are logged and recorded; 3. Ensure that all activities undertaken abide by local legislation and sound ethical standards; 4. Contribute to the development of annual work plans, track performance, maintain records and prepare periodic reports; 5. Collaborate with other FSC technical specialists to ensure an integrated and consistent approach to the provision of services; 6. Maintain necessary records and accounts; 7. Provide appropriate support to the development and ongoing operation of a management information system; 8. Keep abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth; 9. Attend assigned meetings, committee meetings and conferences, as required; 10. Coordinate communication channels between Units and other Sections/organisational units at the FSC and improve its effectiveness; 11. Undertake other related duties that may be reasonably requested.
