Does Obama get credit for falling gas prices? I could say, as an Obama opponent that the falling of gas prices so dramatically is actually another failure of the President. The falling of gas prices goes against his environmental goals as it will cause more people to drive gas guzzlers, forgetting as always high gas prices. Then, it is causing U.S. and Canadian refineries to shut down due to high production cost, or not being able to make a profit now causing the U.S. to still rely on oil imports causing the U.S. ultimately to still even care about the Middle East. The destabilizing of Russia reminds me of Pearl Harbor. Embargo oil to Japan, crippling move and they strike. But then again, Obama opponents would have to in a way give Obama credit for falling gas prices and I would full of it.
