Does boycott of peace talks by rebels loyal to Ex - VP Dr. Machar means return to violence or there is still hope for truce?. Because both sides seems to underestimate the strength of the other party that is why each side want their version of the story to be taken serious by the other. And that is endangering the lives of innocent people in case of return to violence. Let both sides implement the secession of hostilities agreement in order for the talks to proceed to the next round. Because secession of hostilities did not mean end of talks but it was just a foundation to the search for comprehensive peace in South Sudan.
