Dogs are winding down from playtime, birds are hanging with me in the bedroom and the cats are plotting world dominion. I am scrolling through my newsfeed, and and no matter what you all do with your beloved fuzz-butts, I am just so taken with how gorgeous your pups are. All of you. Know why? Because when I add someone, I make damn sure those dogs are loved first and foremost. From there, you see that joy in their eyes, no matter the color, age, or what you do together. I have had the recent pleasure of adding mushing folks from Europe, Russia, and way down under too, all across that amazing globe we inhabit. Racers and superior show dogs in particular. When I look at these photos, no matter the language the post is in, I FEEL that connection you have with those magnificent beasts we call sled dogs. That brings the highest joy to my Heart. And connects me to all of you, and of course those pups. FB can be surly at best of times, and enough to make you want to throw the computer out the window at worst. But you know what? I still love it. All critters, all the time. So thank you old friends and new - together we learn and love, teach and respect. Together we can change the world.
