“Dominance” Dominance! Lust for it is the reason why some of us compete... grappling to be on top, nonstop, and lowering themselves to cheat proffer lies, break blood ties, and use deceit to revel in the taste of that lurid sweet meat we call dominance. For fame, fortune, or influence to sit at the head of the table, in the head honcho’s seat, some will do anything, even things immorally indiscrete. They’ll even declare their rivals’ right to survival null and void, ushering in brute barbarism’s revival, peace destroyed... slaying then enslaving to insure their rule is perpetually enjoyed. Understand that, believing that nice guys finish last, and wanting to ride to the top on that track labeled fast, can make it difficult for we humans to learn from the past. Thus some will perpetuate strife, with words, money, and knife, rather than mediate to facilitate ways to gravitate towards balance, and a saner, more productive humane way of life. Some just want to be a part of a crew that does the job, but others won’t be satisfied less they’re the leader of the mob. And this is not always a bad thing. Ambition’s the thing that can bring out the best in us. Drive can move us to develop the best God did invest in us. High aims with zest to be best makes the crest, manifest through us, and if the heart of the aspirant is truer and more just then the rest of us, the rest of us get blessed when we invest in the leadership of the spiritually ambitious best of us. But when the worst of us, the unjust cursed of us, is possessed by that “I wanna be first” lust, mountains of virtue may burst to dust in a powerful gust of ethnocentric racist flattery, a campaign deliberately aimed at our gullibility in order to play us then sway us to turn us from what’s good and and spiritually betray us. And most won’t fight back, outraged for being bamboozled in disgust. Most of us just follow the trend of lending our precious faith and trust, to untrustworthy, sweet talking nincompoops who’ll play us with opinions which can do nothing but ultimately betray us. Unless we the people wise up and develop a taste exclusively for what’s right and just instead of an inordinate lust for the chocolate covered puss the worst of us tries to sell the easily coerced of us as virtue to gain the admiration, trust, and the common purse of us, we can never get the worst of us to take a back seat to the best of us with the politically mature, spiritually ambitious rest of us. The power’s ultimately in the hands of We The People... ALL OF US. Thus choosing the worst of us over the best of us could cause the lot of us to be doomed to perdition where Hell will ultimately, spontaneously combust the false trust in us. Astagfirul Allah!
