Dont EVER stop preaching or teaching the truth just because some people dont like it. Lets face it, the gospel is a stumbling block and a rock of offense to people who hate the truth and hide from it. But dont you put tape over your mouth just because some people dont like to hear the truth of what Jesus taught or what the Bible has to say regarding relevant topics. You are called to be a LIGHT... not a people pleaser. That doesnt mean yell and scream at people condemning them to hell 24/7. But dont cover up your light because a few people love living in sin. And do NOT be afraid to JUDGE right from wrong!!!! Why is it that Christians are so afraid to JUDGE right from wrong??? We are the children of God for Christ sake!!!! What, should we sit back and let the world judge whats right and wrong according to their standards? Please.. the Kingdom is not fit for cowards. Its fit for people who are willing to GO THEREFORE and teach and preach the word of God baptising in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and making disciples of nations, while striving everyday to be like Jesus. Love people.. be kind.. be gentle.. be loving.. be all those things to all people as often as you can. But dont be a doormat and let people walk all over you and be your judge because your willing to stand up and BE a Christian. We have enough Christians who sit on the sidelines and live to tickle peoples ears and please them so they feel good about sinning... God wants people who will worship Him in Spirit and TRUTH. And when you have truth in your heart, it naturally comes out in your life. Dont hide the truth... be bold and proclaim it from the mountain tops!! Why? Because GOD commissioned us to do so. And HE gives you the authority to do so. Lord knows not everyone is going to receive the truth... we have 100s of THOUSANDS of Gods people being crucified, burned, shot to death, hung, thrown in jail, and spit upon around the world for being a REAL LIGHT... and just like Jesus said... If they hated me, they are going to hate you to. I mean come on, they KILLED the living GOD??? What the HECK makes us think people are not going to hate the fact that we judge right from wrong according to the same standards Jesus taught. Listen, if everyone excepts you.. and you never have any resistance from people... than there is no way you are living out the bible in your life. Theres just no way. Expect persecution, expect lies and plots against you, expect people to say evil things about you... why wouldnt they??? People who hate God and love sin do not want to come into the light. Why? Because they will need to expose their wickedness! And if a person does not want to call it what it is.. and give God access to help clean them up, dude... I dont care who you are. Not everyone is going to think your a can of peaches and cream. But does that mean you should fall back and dilute the gospel and Gods word? Nope. Not at all. Be the LIGHT... and do your best to be at peace with people. But if your living your life as a walking Bible for the world to see and learn from, your going to get hates man. Its inevitable... there is no escaping it lol. And thats ok! Jesus said GREAT is your reward when people curse you, say evil things about you and persecute you because of Him. He even said YO!!! Its GONNA HAPPEN DUDE!!! hahahaha And then He says REJOICE when it does!!! Now thats some awesome stuff right there... (cable guy voice) I dont care who you are thats awesome right there.
