Dont be afraid to stop and smile every once in awhile. Happiness has been correlated with health both in individuals and in communities. People who are less stressed are generally happier. Now, I am a fairly stressed person. Actually I think Im one of those people who thrives on stress and secretly enjoys that type of organized chaos - but I am very happy. Even happy people have to find ways to ward off some of that stressful tension. Personally I enjoy working out, cooking, crafting and gardening. Also, I keep a gratitude journal. The best way to find happiness is to practice gratitude. Today I am grateful to be alive ~ Erika
