Dont know if you all heard..there was an accident in our eastern side of the island this morning..between a delivery truck n a bus..between them they took out a 5 year old childs head..apparently the child was sleeping on the mothers lap with his head sticking out of the bus..the oncoming deliver truck flew past the bus and took the childs head..the two vehicles must have been absolutely close to each other for this to happen..because if they had kept to their own left sides of the road they might have avoided the poor childs head.. so many questions, so many people at fault.. 1. Mother for letting the kids head hang out like that 2. Bus driver (and this is soooo common of big bad bully vehicles) for driving more towards the middle of the roads than keeping to their left sides 3. For careless uncaring faatautala drivers who just drive at MAD KILLER speeds 4. For bus drivers who just keep loading n loading their buses full of passengers without a care in their safety n how they be seated or even stand in their buses 5. For police force not doing their job and cracking down on these careless drivers and these buses and delivery trucks and their speed and cruel greedy attitudes the list goes on and on..all I can say we are all at fault..we must all do our bit and educate ourselves and and our children to always keep safe and stay safe and be considerate of others..
