Dont order apple crumble from Butchers Arms on Soi Buakhao. Went in for the bangers and mash special, (which was good), and was tempted by prospect of the apple crumble as dessert. What was served up was like no apple crumble I have ever tasted. Initially I thought they had given me apple pie by mistake. However, after consulting the menu with the waitress I realised that what had been served up was their version of apple crumble, (their pies contain two types of fruit). The problem was that the crumble looked and tasted like soggy pastry that had been microwaved too long. Sorry, no pictures as I left my phone on charge in the room.
