Dont use CREST 3D WHITE toothpaste. I have used one third of a tube and my mouth is burned with skin (gums and tongue) flaking off. The toothpaste seems to have pieces of grit in it and my throat is never clear. The pharmacist told me many people are having these problems with whiteners and to switch to a mild plain toothpaste like original Colgate. On the back of the toohtpaste it warns you never to swallow and kids should only get a pea-sized dab. THROW IT OUT!
