Dont you just LOVE my new yoga mat? Intentionally chose a workout where I could use it again today! (since its normally my piyo rest day). Seeing as its fitness Friday, check out this fun move from Piyo called the kick-through. ▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▰ Start on your hands & knees, lifting your knees off the ground & evenly distributing your weight between your hands & feet. Twist, lowering your right hip toward the ground & kicking your right leg underneath your Repeat on the other side! Make sure you dont sink into your shoulder & that youre putting most if your weight into your feet/hips when you turn. Happy fitness Friday!
