Double bubble...... ✨Start in a plank position with your hands in some weights. I am using 5lb here, but choose something that challenges you but doesnt compromise your form. ✨Firstly do a row with the arm keeping the elbow tight to the rib. ✨Pike the hips using the core, and reach back touching the weight to the opposite foot. ✨Return to plank, and repeat on the other side. ✨Do as many as you can.
