Double room in a big flat (Eixample izquierdo- Sant Antoni) One of us is sadly leaving and we have a room available starting from November 01th. We are looking for a cool girl or guy and who need the room for the indicated date. The flat is located in the center, nearby the metro station Rocafort (red line), the metro station Poble Sec (green line) and the metro station Sant Antoni (purple line). We have all kind of useful places around the neighborhood like supermarkets, farmacies, gym, bicing station, etc. We neither complain if you smoke... The only thing which is important to us, is to be clean in order to keep the armony in the flat. the price include all the bills (electricity, water, gas, wifi) but is also requested 1 month as deposit. El piso es muy grande (170m2) y está muy bien situado en el centro; a 2 calles de la estación de metro de rocafort (línea roja), la estación de metro de poble sec (línea verde) y de la estación de metro sant antoni. Tenemos todo tipo de lugares útiles cerca, como supermercados, farmacias, estaciones de bicing, gimnasio, bancos etc... no tenemos problemas si es que fumas,.. la única cosa que es importante para nosotros es el tema de la limpieza, para así mantener la armonía. (no mascotas por favor). La habitacion es interior pero es muy amplia, tienen un escritorio y un armario enorme para todas vuestras cosas; por cierto, el precio incluye todos los gastos (se requiere un mes de fianza). cualquier pregunta, no dudes en enviar un mensaje o llamar después de las 6:30 pm (hablamos, inglés, francés, español).
