Doug Curtis joins 360 Merchants Solutions LLC as Chief Operating Officer and Founding member Douglas Curtis BIO Doug Curtis has more than 35 years’ experience in retail sector. He has been the president of a major retail chain, VP of Operations of a national chain, Vice President of field operations and strategy, and much time spent in an advisory capacity for restructuring transactions focused on the retail, wholesale, and manufacturing sectors. Additionally Doug has played a significant role in the field operations and management assessment for Appraisal companies servicing lenders in the underwriting and monitoring process. Appraisals included the following industries: retail, manufacturing, automobile factories, pharmaceutical, jewelry, construction industries, lumber industries, furniture, grocery industries, personal communication, steel, aluminum, glass industries, paper, textile, galleries, hardware, food industries (food from foreign countries) building supplies, casting materials, auto supplies, and etc. Doug was Vice President of the Ozer Group and an advisor to Paragon Capital, an asset-based lending firm which was sold to Wells Fargo and is now known as Wells Fargo Retail Finance. Doug has continued doing appraisals and management interviews/assessments for Wells Fargo, as well as Gordon Brothers, Bank America, GE Capital, Goldman Sachs, Great American, Hilco and others. Doug has built a team of experts with expertise in all areas of retail and manufacturing. Doug is Chief Operating Officer of 360 Merchant Solutions. Doug was President of a division of Claire’s Boutique and VP of Operations for a division of MCA/ Universal for many years. He was also Executive Vice President and instructor of the largest Polygraph firm in the USA and was appointed by the American Polygraph Association as Chairman of the Court of the Last Resort. He is presently on several boards to include the medical review board for the State of Florida for grievances for kidney dialysis and transplants along with speaking engagements for doctors, nurses and patients in the USA. Doug is owner partner of Mike Douglass Plumbing and Air Conditioning located in Englewood, Florida.
