Dougs letter that came today: His letter: Dear Mom, Hey Mom so I went to the hospital and they looked at my CT and said Yes, the dental work is blocking any imaging where the tumor is. The doctor at the hospital also put a camera up my nose and down my throat again like they did here (at the prison) and he something that wasnt normal, some time of mass/swollen flesh and they are going to reschedule me to come in to the surgery room and do a biopsy on it, then stitch me up and go from there. Medical here- and even the ENT I saw over the camera said that it was nothing to worry about that it was a one in a million chance that it was cancer. They have all tried to reassure me here that all is ok and do these tests like the scope and the CT and they saw nothing on the scope and couldnt see cause the CT was blocked from dental work and blew it all off when they should have taken it to the next step. If they would have just sent me to the hospital in the first place they would have seen whatever it is sooner but Ill let you know when they do the biopsy and they let me know exactly what it is. Thank you for helping me get it this far. None of this would have happened if it wasnt for you and Bart. Hopefully its nothing but if so I know Ill get over it regardless.
