This was how Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane defended his side after his Moroka Swallows counterpart Zeca Marques accused them of targeting his key players in the Absa Premiership clash between the two sides at Loftus on Sunday afternoon. The Brazilians won the match 2-1 and consolidated their spot at the top of the log in the process. I thought the game was handed [to Downs] on a platter for various reasons, Marques said. In the first half, Lerato Chabangu was kicked - no yellow card. Minutes later, [Asavela] Mbekile was kicked - no yellow card. A few minutes later, [Siyabonga] Nomvethe was steam-rolled by their goalkeeper - left the field for stitches, nothing.
