Dr Janet Carr honoured at the House of Lords Dr Carr has been a behaviour adviser to the DSA since the late 1980s Dr Carr is conducting her last follow-up of her Downs Syndrome cohort. This cohort, which consisted of all babies born with Downs Syndrome in Surrey and several South London boroughs 50 years ago, has been followed up by Dr Carr since the cohort was 6 weeks old.They are now 50 years old.
