Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was one of the most passionate and articulate prophetic voices to our culture, especially in relation to oppression and injustice. His creeds and his deeds revealed the deep congruence within his own being as he wasn’t afraid to be tough-minded while at the same time to be tenderhearted. It will serve us all well to reacquaint ourselves with the dream legacy he left behind for us to grow on.
