Dropping the weight to work on form doesnt mean tossing around a PVC pipe or doing easy sets at 50% of your max for a four week cycle. That teaches absolutely nothing but is a GREAT excuse for being lazy. ANYBODY can have perfect form at 50%- perfect form which may be completely different from the form needed to push 100%. Put some meaningful weight on the bar and actually do some work. You cant fix what happens under stress unless youre under stress.
