Dry tonight, few clouds and cooler morning lows, in the upper 30s. A mix of clouds and sunshine for Thursday. Afternoon highs climb back into the lower 50s. A strong cold front drops in with rain showers by Friday afternoon. As cold air pushes in behind the front, a changeover to snow can be expected over the eastern mountains, with a rain/snow mix over the lower elevations. Saturday, rain/snow mix still possible in the morning, with snow showers continuing over the eastern mountains. By afternoon, well start to dry out over western lowlands, but snow showers still possible east through evening. A breezy and cooler day, highs only in the lower 40s, with 30s holding over the higher elevations. Snow accumulation is likely east, early call would be two to four inches, possibly more on ridge tops. Most likely spots for snow would be Canaan south through eastern Randolph to Pocahontas and west to Webster. Well keep you updated. Sunday, widespread freeze looks likely early, lows in the upper 20s to 30. Dry afternoon but still chilly, highs in the lower and middle 40s. Warmer next week, back into the 50s and 60s with rain showers back late Tuesday. Have a great night!
