Dua Jawshan al Kabir This is a sacred dua revealed to Prophet Muhammad (s) by angel Jibra’il (a) from Allah (swt). It was revealed during a battle in which the Prophet was wearing heavy armour, bearing down upon him. Jibra’il stated that this dua is an armour for you and your ummah. Allah is reluctant to punish someone upon who’s shroud this dua rests. Reciting this dua on the first of Ramadhan, Allah will create 70,000 angels to praise and glorify him, the rewards of which will be attributed to you. They will also be blessed with seeing laylat al qadr, the night of destiny. Reciting this dua 3 times during Ramadhan will guarantee protection from the fire and the admittance into heaven. Allah will also create 2 angels to protect you from sinning for the duration of your life.
