Due to a recent growth spurt, last evening I loaded my 13 year old son into the car and took him to the mall where we promptly hit EVERY store in the mall over a 3 hour period and tried on jeans and khakis. We left with NOTHING. Thats right EVERY STORE and left with NOTHING. It was not a matter of style/taste that lead to the lack of purchase... but the fact that the manufactures do not make a size that fits my child. I would like to thank all the sales clerks that tried so hard to help to no avail. And I appreciate Andrews patience thru this process (He HATES this so much!). One last ditch effort on my part with a 13 year old begging me to stop... we landed at Kohls. To my amazement they carry a wonderful selection of Levis and we found the 514 Slim Straight cut that is labeled 28x28 but in reality is a 27X30(They really should label them better as I almost passed them up) ... and they FIT! We bought 2 (thats all they had) in Khaki. This Morning I hit the Richmond Kohls to score 2 more pair of jeans! You will be ever so pleased to know that my child will not be running around naked (as that was the only other alternative!). Thank you Kohls & Levi Strauss & Co.!
