Due to high unemployment levels, too many youth in #Somaliland undergo the perilous #migration to European and Middle Eastern countries in search of jobs and better opportunities. In response, IOM is supporting a programme for unemployed graduate youths to find through paid internships with local and regional authorities and private companies. Meet Muktar Mohamed, 26 years old from Somaliland who benefited from IOM Somalia’s internship project and finally secured an employment with a private company “ Gulf Agencies” as an accountant.
