Mon 14th, Thurs 17th, Tues 22nd & Thurs 24th April MFC Adventure Days Are Muddy Marvellous! Young adventurers across the Rugby area will be having some good old-fashioned muddy outdoors fun over the half term break. Run by Rugby family fitness firm Military Fitness Circuits, the fun adventure days are the perfect way to keep your little Ray Mears and Bear Grylls occupied in the holidays. The days are open to children from the age of five and will introduce youngsters to a host of valuable skills along with a great deal of outdoors fun. They are led by fully qualified, CRB checked and insured instructors. MFC head instructor, Gavin Daniels said: Our adventure days are the perfect way to allow children the chance to let off steam in a safe, fun and controlled environment. Many parents will remember the fresh-air fun that they had when they were younger, but all to often children nowadays are kept inside, unable to experience the thrill of outdoor play. With our adventure days, not only will they learn invaluable life skills such as team work, leadership and confidence building while they enjoy the outdoors, theyll have adventures, build dens, and take part in the age-appropriate fitness challenges too. The children are guaranteed to come back exhilarated and exhausted, complete with a bag of well-earned dirty clothes! The next adventure days will take place over the Easter holidays and cost £12 per child per day, or £20 for two days.
