Due to the fact that Facebook has chosen to involve software that will allow the theft of my personal information, I stated: at this date of November 28, 2014, in response to the new guidelines of Facebook, pursuant to articles L.111, 112 and 113 of the code of intellectual property, I declare that my rights are attached to all my personal datadrawings, paintings, photos, texts etc.... published on my profile. For commercial use of the foregoing my written consent is required at all times. Those who read this text can do a copy/paste on their Facebook wall. This will allow them to place themselves under the protection of copyright. By this statement, I tell Facebook that it is strictly forbidden to disclose, copy, distribute, broadcast, or take any other action against me on the basis of this profile and or its content. The actions mentioned above also apply to employees, students, agents and or other personnel under the direction of Facebook. The content of my profile contains private information. The violation of my privacy is punished by the law (UCC 1-308 1-308 1-103 and the Rome Statute). Facebook is now an open capital entity. L 111, 112 en 113 van de code van intellectueel eigendom, de rechten van al mijn persoonlijke data, inclusief tekeningen, schilderijen, plaatjes, foto’s tekst enz. enz. zoals ze op mijn profiel geplaatst worden alleen aan mij toebehoren. Voor commercieel gebruik van deze gegevens is mijn schriftelijke toestemming vereist. Hiermee deel ik Facebook mee dat het uitdrukkelijk verboden is om op welke manier dan ook mijn gegevens te gebruiken. Dit geldt evenzeer voor degenen die voor Facebook werkzaam zijn op welke wijze dan ook. De inhoud van mijn profiel bevat persoonlijke informatie en/of persoonlijke gegevens. Inbreuk op mijn privacy is strafbaar volgens de wet (UCC 1 1-308 1 – 103 van het verdrag van Rome. Facebook is een open entiteit. Alle leden worden hierbij uitgenodigd om een verklaring als deze te plaatsen. Als je wilt kun je hem plakken en knippen. Als je deze verklaring niet minstens een keer publiceert geef je in wezen stilzwijgend toestemming om je persoonlijke gegevens, als eerder genoemd te gebruiken. Degenen die dit lezen kunnen in deze tekst knippen en plakken op hun Facebook tijdlijn. Dit betekent dat ze zich onder copyright bescherming plaatsen.
