Dumbbell Workout Day 1:Chest,Shoulders,Triceps -DB Press 4 sets -DB Flyes 3 sets -DB Shoulders Press 3 sets -DB Lateral Raise 3 sets -DB Skull Crushers 3 sets Day 2:Back,Biceps -Bent Over DB Rows 4 sets -Single Arm DB Row 3 sets -DB Shrug 3 sets -DB Curls 3 sets Day 3:Legs -Spilt Squat 4 sets -Romanian Deadlifts 4 sets -Lunge 3 sets -Single Leg Standing Calf Raise 5 sets Abs:After every workout -Crunches 50 reps -Bicycle Crunches 50 reps(25 each side) -Wide Leg Crunches 50 reps -Side Crunches 50 reps(25 each side) Use can do for endurance,power, or strength training using this routine. For cardio as usual just do what you like. For 30-40 mins or an hour. Hope you guys enjoy it.
