Dumbell Fly Ideas Some times when doing a drop set I go for more reps some times I go for failure whilst still keeping it heavy. Todays target was failure, regardless of how many reps! Achieving muscular failure several times was the key! - So we start of with a first set to failure in the 8 to 12 rep range. Full range of motion good stretch at the bottom! - Drop the weight, then were going for half reps, bottom half of the rep! All about the constant tension and a good stretch. Theres no let up here for the pecs!! - Drop the weight again, crank out a few more reps and finish on a nice long hold at the bottom part of the rep, The fully stretched position, Hold it till it burns! Something different, utilising traditional heavy lifting with some time under tension ideas.
