Dumbell pullovers demonstrated in two different techniques. Form is everything when exercising. The examples shown are pullovers with hips down and pullovers with hips up. With the first one shown it allows for you to elongate the trap muscles and get a deep pull for a great Tricep exercise as well. The core has to remain tight so the hips wont raise as you do the pullover. The other Form shown is with the hips up and glutes locker. This is also a great core exercise for your back. While doing the pullover you also get a great lower body exercise that helps build more stability. Be sure to keep your full head and shoulders on the bench. Drop the weight at a controlled pace by extending arms to ears and drop elbows so dumbbell is directly behind your head. (Exercise) 110lbs Dumbbell Pullovers done by Aaron( @1dapperdude )
