During my darkest hours, lowest moments, and most tumultuous times; I felt You. When I have been rejected, ostracized, cast aside, and abandoned; You were there. As trials, adversities, and lifes traumas attempted to overtake me; You strengthened me. I do not boast about our relationship, nor do I find the need to persuade others of Your mercies. There is no need for me to argue about Your love, nor what is written. What Ive learned: when a person is ready to accept You they will. Until then all I can do is attempt to be a walking example of, But, God. I understand that my life is a series of events there were roads I chose to walk down and others were predestined. Regardless of my journey, You never left nor did you forsake me. Today I humbly say: Thank You for- Your comfort, Your provision, Your wisdom, Your protection, Your faithfulness, Your grace, Your mercy, Your love, and yes even Your sense of humor. How calloused could I be to sit back and believe All that I Am today and All that have survived is of my own accord? Nah, Im going to pass on that level of ego and simply say... Thank You for all You are, and all You have done. And, IF you choose not to do another thing for me I will still live the duration of my days with a heart of gratitude. Happy He Has Risen Day. 💛
