During the basketball game this evening, I somehow felt that maybe twisted my right foot. I kept playing and did not bother me at all. We finished the game went home, had my late dinner, while resting I noticed my a pain on my ankle and slowly coming out. Going for bed and now this ankle now giving hard time to walk up. Oh well hope this foot will heals itself thru overnight rest. Thanks Mama Shawie Gibraltar Capucion for a relief massage
