EBONYI STATE AND ITS STYLE OF POLITICAL NOMADISM Akin to the practice of fulani herdsmen who move seasonally from place to place in search of greener pasture, our politicians are currently permutating, moving from one political party to another. This clearly shows that there is absolute dearth of political ideology in this country. Migrate when the terrain is unfavourable! I have nothing against this style of political nomadism but i am certainly not comfortable when our leaders are so bent at ensuring that we, the followers, migrate with them. It is not long ago that we were warned not to mention any other party than PDP.Anybody who did that would be harvested. What is the situation today? You are an opposition if you are still in PDP! Choiceless followers, thats what we are! In any case it is my opinion that we take the option of no option. We have more to gain than lose in joing them. However, let our leaders understand that it will not continue like this. A time will come when we will be in a particular party not because our leaders want us to be there but because of what we believe in. Whichever party you are now, be wise!!!
