EDITORIAL All for Africa without Female Genital Mutilation!!! This issue of our Newsletter suggest you stop on an important phenomenon, despite the many legal instruments established internationally as national for eradication continues to plague the world: It is Female Genital Mutilation (FGM). According to the WHO More than 125 million girls and women are subjected to genital mutilation practiced in 29 African countries and the Middle East where such practices are concentrated. FGM endanger every year in our communities, lives and health of thousands of women and girls of reproductive age. This situation raises serious reactions at the Civil Society Organisations which to fight the phenomenon actively mobilized for its eradication.
