#EDegglesscake #EDbananaloafcake I wonder why it took me so long to bake an eggless banana cake. Now that I have done there is certainly no looking back. I loved this whole wheat+maida banana cake. followed one of Edians recipe but with lil modification like i replaced 1.5 cups of maida with 1 and 1/4 cups whole wheat plus 1/4 maida (planning to replace maida totally with whole wheat flour in next attempt), also cut short oil/shortening to 1/4 cup and instead added 1/4 cup milk, cut short sugar to 3/4 cups, also added 4 over ripe bananas as well and the results are awesome I skipped choco chips. :) it took almost 25 mins to bake the cake and it was quite spongy and soft.
