Education and Experience • Honours B Degree in Humanities or equivalent. • Post graduate qualifications will be an advantage. • Minimum 5 years specialist experience in Transformation; Knowledge of Employment Equity Act, DTI Codes and FSC are essential. • Expert knowledge in Diversity and Inclusion Management: Key Result Areas for the position are as follows: Research: Conduct research on various topical issues using various research methodologies and presenting the findings with possible solutions for organisational challenges and for continuous improvement. Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking exercises to compare the company’s with its peers and comparing policies, processes and initiatives with other industry cutting edge solutions. Management of Information: Drawing and manipulation of data from various information management systems and compiling various reports. Legislation: Thorough understanding of Employment Equity Act and other related pieces of legislation and applicable codes. Consulting and Advisory: Render professional consulting and advisory services to various stakeholders within the company. Governance Structures: Participation in and management of various governance structures that are related to the EE function.
