ESSENCE OF LOVE I have a question And a magic key Which turns into a pen That clearly draws a figure That becomes alive As a permanent Muse! Lines perfectly sketched And carefully curved On a fined white paper, Having no end or beginning Like a love matched in heaven! We are now linked, you and I- Through paper and ink Without realizing that Our souls met before In other unknown places And it is unwise to struggle In opposition to our fate! Your heart is furnished with love, I have seen the decoration, Your eyes and manners Have clearly revealed Harmony and revelation! This enigma doesnt reveal When we began or where We two shall go from here, Only that our direction flows Through circles of one another! So, lead me on my muse And guide me, please, To your hearts dwelling For the key I carry shall open All chambers of inspiration! Hush! confusion, hush forever! The stammer of that languid moan That lolls and lisps a sound Linking our bodies and souls: One times one equals one, Just like an equation!
