Todays holiday WOD is: Head outside onto the front lawn, beach, park.....and spend 10mins practicing your handstands and/or handstand walks. Then have a crack at the following WOD (you will need a towel to throw over a branch, or a structure to do pull-ups on): Run for 5mins, then Throw the towel over a branch or structure that can support your weight. Grab either end of the towel and do as many pull-ups or jumping pull-ups as you can without breaking. Repeat 3 times.
