EXCITED ABOUT CLEANSING. I have to admit that I let myself fall of the bandwagon. One thing I love about falling off the bandwagon is that I get to see how real "life happening" can be. So many people have stressful lives and turn to unhealthy behaviors and drop healthy habits in order to deal with the stress. The extra stress in my life caused me to let go of some of my healthy habits that I actually love and enjoy. But through choice, I am feeling on a high again as I cleanse and choose a clean diet. So many good lesson on the wellness journey aspect of life..... #WellnessInspirationBlog
