EXCLUSIVE: POLICE OFFICERS WORKING AT PP RIGGING CENTRE REWARDED, HALF A MILLION GIVEN BY JOYCE BANDA As part of our continuous coverage of the rigging scheme by acting President Joyce Hilda Mtila Banda, we can further disclose that Police officers that are securely guarding a residence that is occupied by a team of foreign rigging experts have been rewarded handsomely. They are providing security to a private residence is in Area 43 here in Malawi’s administrative capital Lilongwe. The closely guarded Police security team whose names were personally picked by acting President Banda herself to protect her ‘foreign guests’ and ensure her clandestine plans are fulfilled, were smiled at just over a week ago. The security officers who met Police Deputy Inspector General Nelson Bophani for proper briefing and swearing an oath of secrecy are under the command of Inspector Gerald Masakasa. Apart from the cash, they have been promised promotions in the Malawi Police Service after the polls in May. The team that has shared the MK500, 000 from acting President Banda are the following; - Inspector Gerald Masakasa - Sub-Inspector Misomali - Sub-Inspector Misinjo - Sub-Inspector Namphimba. As part of the secrecy, Inspector Gerald Masakasa uses his personal vehicle registration number NS 1493, Toyota Vista, Silver in colour to ferry the colleagues when they are changing shifts every 06:00am at the residence. The foreigners who are being housed at this residence in Area 43 arrived in Malawi last year and for months; they had been staying at Ufulu Gardens until just last month when they discovered we were monitoring their activities at the hospitality facility. Ufulu Gardens is a property of Victor and Ivy Gondwe. Victor Gondwe is a cousin to Malawis First Gentleman Richard Banda. Achoke! Achoke! Achoke!!!
