EXCUSE TO LINGER - LOSES - --------------------------------------- After watching the race back a couple of times now its fair to say that EXCUSE TO LINGER is not one of the easiest rides. We saw this last time over a mile & perhaps the Excuses made about the small field being the reason for the horse struggling to settle are not quite on the button. EXCUSE TO LINGER does not lack Ability from watching how the horse quickens in short bursts when for a moment settling. I think the Application of a Hood or some other Headgear to help this horse settle & focus more could be the answer. Keep an eye out on the horse in the future wearing headgear - I believe that will be the answer & could return for us at a more tasty price.
