► EXECUTIVE CHEF The successful applicant will report directly to the General Manager and should possess the following minimum qualification and experience: • 5 years proven experience in a similar role preferably in a 4-5 star international hotel. • Recognized certificates of professional qualification. • Extensive international culinary experience and have the ability to create and implement new and improved menus. • Must know food purchasing, inventory procedures and controlling of food cost. • Knowledge of all areas within the kitchen essential particularly Fine Dining • Experience in large scale quality catering with flair and talent. • Excellent Management skills, must be able to lead, motivate and inspire a large kitchen team. • Must have good interpersonal skills and be customer focused. • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. • Fully computer skills literate, drivers license an advantage. • Excellent knowledge and understanding of safe food handling, OHS regulations & First Aid.
