The opposite of suppress, is express. So just express. Express, express, express, express, express! I can’t say it enough, express. Get on your facebook, go out in your life, amongst your friends and family, call the people on your phone; email, text. There’s so many ways, just start to live a life of expression. Please, if not for your own sake, for the sake of all of us, and all the world. Because within you, expressing relieves the suppressing that has manifested in the world around you that has war, crime, violence, greed and corruption. Just because we have not spoken; we have not put our word of God out to the Universe, for Co-Creation, & Manifestation of the Collective Reality. We have suppressed, depressed. All we have to do now is just express. Express gratitude, express love, express joy…. Everything. Just live a life of expression, and, just, everywhere you go just drop your seeds of love everywhere, love and light and peace and joy, happiness, everywhere you go, everything you do.
