EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO CONTEST FOR THE HOUSE of ASSEMBLY (IKOLE II) Sir/Ma, Hqppy day, this is to inform you my aspiration to contest for the house of assembly in the forthcoming general election representing Ikole Constituency II comprising of all the towns and communities in Ajoni and part of Odo Oro Ekiti. I believe my presence in the HoA will bring about a better representation of my constituency and further enhance quality and robust law making for the development of our State. My brief stint at the Ajoni LCDA can attest to what I am capable of doing; within 3 months of my administration, my team provided our LCDA with an administrative block, set up skill acquisition center, developed a website for the council, on the verge of constructing a Trans Commercial Park and set in motion a process for the establishment of Youth Development Foundation. It is equally on records that my administration developed a blueprint for the LCDA within two weeks of our inauguration. I wish to replicate this if opportunity is again provided to represent my people. My focus in the HoA shall be in the following areas: * Youth Development and Value rearmament (sponsoring a bill to establish Ekiti Youth Development Foundation) this is aimed at empowering the youth and re- engineering of values among youth * I will seek to sponsor bill on how government can make land concessions for farmers in order to encourage more people to participate in farming * I will seek to sponsor a bill on mandatory birth and death registration and documentation; this will aid proper budgeting * A bill aimed at cultivating young talents in the state will also be a focus CONSTITUENCY PROJECT: My ONLY constituency project SHALL be directed towards Ajoni Trans Commercial Park. Sir/Ma, if I am allowed, these and other areas of interest shall be my pursuit at the house. I therefore wish to solicit for your support in every material respects, you can make this dream a reality. I count so much on you. Ti Oluwa Ni! Thanks. Adeoye Aribasoye Pioneer Chairman, Ajoni LCDA, Ayedun Ekiti, Ekiti
